About Banana Cave

Banana Cave was born from an unexpected twist of fate in the heart of Seoul, South Korea.

Originally, the project was called Dobloons. Just days before launch, the entire website was accidentally deleted. Attempts to recover access to the original Squarespace account proved unsuccessful due to a mysterious lockout. Faced with starting from scratch, a new domain was chosen — and with it, a fresh identity: Banana Cave.

What began as a setback quickly turned into a creative breakthrough. As new designs took shape, it became clear that losing Dobloons was not a loss at all, but a fortunate detour toward something more authentic and exciting. The vibrant, playful spirit of Banana Cave emerged naturally from that moment of reinvention.
